If, for whatever reason, you're not completely happy with our service, simply request us for a refund and we'll process your request and give you a full refund if eligible, no questions asked.

No refund is offered for any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment booking time.

We do reserve the right to NOT issue a refund if we feel you are abusing the system.

Contact Us or email with your booking number (found on your booking confirmation email) and request a refund. That's it. Remember that you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving our service to qualify for a refund.
